School-Based Pfizer Vaccine Clinic

School-Based Pfizer Vaccine Clinic Details Dorchester County Health Department, Dorchester County Public Schools, and the University of Maryland Medical System are partnering to offer school-based Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine clinics to all eligible DCPS students and their families in late June 2021. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine has been granted emergency use authorization for all individuals 12 years of age and older. Clinics will be held at Mace's Lane Middle School (1101 Maces Ln, Cambridge, MD 21613) and North Dorchester Middle School (5875 Cloverdale Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643). 2nd Annual CTE Awareness Night

The DCPS Educational Equity Taskforce will be hosting the 2nd annual CTE Awareness night for all current 8th and 9th graders of DCPS. This night is designed to provide exposure and information to students and families about the opportunities at the Dorchester Career & Technology Center (DCTC). 2021 Summer Academy

2021 Summer Academy This program is free to DCPS students. The Summer Academy will provide transportation to attendees, as well as breakfast and lunch. Elementary Schools will host Summer Academy July 12th to August 12, 2021. This session will run Monday- Thursday from 8AM to 12PM. Middle and High Schools will host two sessions of the Summer Academy. Session One will begin June 21st and end July 15, 2021, while Session Two will begin July 19th and end August 12th.
