At the Thursday, July 11, 2024, Special Meeting of the Board of Education of Dorchester County election of officers was held due to the resignation from the Board by the President and Vice President.
Ms. Sheri Hubbard (District 4) was chosen by the Board as its President; and Ms. Talibah Chikwendu (District 2) was elected Vice President of the Board until December 2024 when the annual elections will be held.
