With graduation on the horizon, it’s essential to stay informed about important dates, deadlines, and events that will mark this significant milestone.

Senior Items
Seniors, we are closing in on your final days as a North Dorchester Eagle. Be sure to check your email as we get closer to May 29th (Graduation)! There are a lot of important dates, deadlines, and more that need to be followed in order for you to receive your diploma smoothly.

April 1 to May 29 – Mondays & Thursdays 3:00pm to 5:00pm. NDMS Gym
ND Golf:
April 15, 22, 29 & May 6 (Tuesdays) 3:00pm to 4:15pm outside NDMS Gym.

Summer School Cancelled
As shared by DCPS, Summer School will be cancelled. Students will not have the ability to recover credits during the summertime. Therefore, students who do not pass required credit-bearing courses will have to retake these courses during the normal academic school year. Please encourage your student to be proactive with their assignments and studies so that they earn as many credits as possible!

Blood Drive
NHS is excited to announce our second blood drive of the year! Join us on April 28, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Bloodmobile located at the backstage entrance.
To donate, students must be 16 years or older, have a valid ID, and weigh at least 110 pounds. Staff members are also encouraged to participate and donate! Let’s come together to make this our best blood drive yet!

Prom
Our prom is just around the corner, taking place on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, with a fabulous Great Gatsby/Roaring 20s theme!
Important Dates:
-Prom Registration Forms & Guest Forms: Available starting today during lunch! If you miss them, you can grab copies at the front office, with Ms. Prekrel, or Ms. Young.
-Registration Forms Due: April 17th Obligations Due: April 17th (check in with Ms. Hurley)
-Guest Forms Due: April 11th (guests must have a photo ID)
-Ticket Sales Begin: April 23rd ($20 tickets available through GoFan)
-Grand March Registration: Coming soon!
-Prom Court Nomination Form: Coming soon!
